COMPULSORY INFO SESSION
📆 Thursday 12 February | 2:00 – 3:00 PM
📍 Curtin Stadium (Building 111)
✅ All volunteers must attend this info session
Only students who attend the info session will be eligible to volunteer
CURTIN CARNIVAL – EVENT DETAILS
📅 Friday, 13 February 2026
⏰ 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Volunteers must be available from 12:00 PM (1 hour before the event) until 4:30 PM (30 minutes after the event).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Help with ushering, merchandise, and ticket scanning at the entrance — plus welcoming attendees, supporting a variety of event-day activities, and even assisting Carl the Carnaby. You’ll gain real, hands-on event experience you can proudly add to your resume.
