Elite training for VC, SDP/FDP, and high-level rep girls (U16–U18), designed to develop individual skills—including ball handling, finishing, and shooting—and build team concepts based on the style of play from Basketball Australia (Split, Kick, Extra; Pace, Poise, Penetration), as well as split actions, two-side actions, and more.

Please bring: Basketball, reversible top, water, food for recess and lunch
