Identity and Belonging Memoir Writing with Amra Pajalic
Location
Hunt Club Community & Arts Centre
About
In this workshop, participants will explore their identity and sense of belonging by undertaking brainstorming exercises, planning their memoir, and writing an opening scene. We will cover narrative writing techniques: descriptive detail, five senses, major and minor characters and characterisation. This will be a hands-on workshop that will allow students to begin a memoir piece that they can complete in their own time.
