Join me for a Creative Therapy & Sound Healing session designed to meet you exactly where you are.For this session, you’re invited to choose how you’d like to receive the experience.
✨ Creative Option
One side of the space will be set up for a gentle creative therapy practice of Block Out Poetry, an intuitive, reflective way of creating poetry by highlighting words that stand out to you. No writing experience is needed. This is about listening, noticing, and letting meaning emerge naturally.
✨ Rest & Receive Option
The other side of the space will be open for those who’d prefer to lie down and simply receive the sound healing. You’re welcome to rest, breathe, and allow the soundscape to wash over you without engaging in the creative activity.
Throughout the session, I’ll weave a live, intuitive soundscape with the crystal bowls, handpan, gone and other gentle instruments to support both creativity and deep rest.
You’re welcome to stay with one option the whole time, or gently move between the two if that feels right for you.
Please bring your own yoga mat or towel if you’d like to lie down and get cozy.
This is a space of choice, softness, and self-trust, where there’s no right way to be, only your way.
All art supplies will be provided. BYO mats etc for laying down if you choose to.
