Welding fume exposure remains one of the most significant health and safety challenges facing Australia’s fabrication, manufacturing and heavy engineering sectors. As industry standards evolve and research continues to highlight the risks associated with welding fume particulates, it has never been more important for workplaces to understand, implement and continuously improve effective fume mitigation strategies. To support industry in navigating these challenges, Weld Australia's WA Committee is hosting Welding Fume Mitigation and Control—a practical technical session designed for welding coordinators, WHS professionals, supervisors, educators and fabricators. This event is open to both members and non-members of Weld Australia and is FREE to attend.
