2. Regulation in the Financial Services Industry - The roles of ASIC, APRA, ACCC and industry bodies.
3. Financial Services - What is and is not a financial service and which of the services provided by your company are caught by the AFS laws.
4. Obligations of AFS Licensees - An in-depth view of the day-to-day obligations of an AFS Licensee and how to ensure compliance in matters such as the products and services provided and the way they are delivered and the many management issues that are impacted by the AFS laws.
5. Compliance Action Plan - Gain an understanding of how to plan and implement the compliance program.
