The SWAN Cobbers father figures' group is for men who care for a child who has a rare or undiagnosed genetic condition. It can be hard to find someone to talk to who is going through a similar experience. All of the men in the SWAN Cobbers understand.

To celebrate the end of the year, you and your family are invited to join us for a BBQ and lots of fun. Join us to eat, play and get to know each other.
