Qigong = Nurturing FLOW, not force. Yin vs Yang.
Relax the breath, soften your body, align into ease & synergy.

Qigong is a brilliant synergy of breath, movement, stillness, space & intention that supports us through:
- Mindfulness Methods
- Relaxing Breathwork
- Flowing Movements
- Meditation
- Various Self-care Techniques

Qigong is deeply restorative supporting nervous system regulation, increasing energy, harmonising hormones, strengthening the immune system, + many other holistic Health & Wellbeing benefits.

As a certified Qigong Teacher & Breast Cancer thriver, Mel is passionate about sharing how simple yet powerful Qigong can be in supporting us to thrive in life & she'd love to connect with you on this special morning right over Tuggerah Lake!

Participants are encouraged to be aware of how they’re feeling during the practice & encouraged to rest as needed. In terms of physical exertion, Qigong is similar to walking.
