First Plate
Tempura Zucchini Flower filled with spiced smoked pumpkin, pea & herb smash
Second Plate
Fried potato, spiced bug, herbs lemon & parmesan cheese
Third Plate
Flat bread & Za’atar butter
Fourth Plate
Baharat rubbed Lamb, beet hummus, green pea, sumac onions + pickled zucchini
Fifth Plate
Roast sweet potato, cauliflower, carrot, date, roquette, cabbage + lemon herb sour cream dressing
Sixth Plate
Persian love cake + caramelised white chocolate & rose water cream
