This International Women’s Day, we celebrate women breaking barriers in non‑traditional and male‑dominated roles. Their leadership, skill and resilience are changing industries and opening doors for those who follow.Join us for a powerful and inspiring event featuring a keynote speaker, Susan Davis, who will explore the importance of gender equity in non-traditional and male dominated industries, reflecting on 37 years working for Victoria Police. This will be followed by a live panel conversation with women from YRC who are carving out space, creating change, and leading with skill, resilience and purpose.
This event is an opportunity to listen, learn and celebrate while recognising the progress made, and the work still ahead, to ensure that everyone can see themselves reflected in any role they aspire to.
All staff are encouraged to attend and be part of the conversation.
