Eureka - Making a Nation
About
This booking is for each child who will attend the excursion to the Eureka Education Centre for the program: Winning the Vote: Making a Nation. This centre has hosted our homeschool groups in the past, and continues to provide excellent education facilites and programs for Victorian primary and high schools.This excursion is aimed at Year 5/6 equivalent, however there will be content for anyone interested.
There's some excellent information if you follow the link below, including poetry that offers a firsthand glimpse into Ballarat life written by an Englishwoman living on the fields in the 1850s.
