Laughter yoga is an aerobic exercise that supports the immune system. It is a movement that is run all around the world. It started in India 1995 by Dr Madan Kataria.
We create joy within us and within the participants that attend. Next session is Friday 6 February 7pm at Henley Community Garden.
We will be laughing, breathing and clapping. There are many health benefits that you will receive. Some include: less anxiety, less depression, less stress, better sleep and more.
Price is $25 or 2 for $35 or 3 for $45.
