In Term 1, Inner East Student Support Services will run a professional learning session for all Inner East schools on the roles of Health and Wellbeing Key Contacts (HWKC) and School Contacts (SC).Led by Mark Pierce, SSS psychologist, and Samantha Goldman, SSS speech pathologist, the session will focus on how Health and Wellbeing Inclusion Workforce (HWIW) teams support Victorian school student’s wellbeing, inclusion, and learning, with HWKCs providing expert guidance. Please note that enquiries about specific students cannot be addressed during the session.
This session is ideal for new school contacts who will be meeting with the regional HWKC as part of their role, or experienced school staff who would like a refresher. We are offering hybrid attendance, and in-person numbers are capped. Register now to secure your spot!
