Caroline Khama
Focused Educator – Seating

Caroline is an Occupational Therapist with experience across residential aged care and community neurological settings, supporting clients with complex and evolving needs. She has worked as a Clinical Team Lead, providing clinical supervision and support to other clinicians and contributing to high quality service delivery.

Caroline has extensive experience within the NDIS, completing comprehensive functional assessments and reports (including Home and Living assessments), and delivering evidence-based intervention. This includes the prescription of complex assistive technology to support function and participation.

As the Focused Educator of Seating at Unicare Health, Caroline delivers training and provides ongoing support to clinicians to build capability in seating solutions. She is passionate about connecting therapists with quality seating products, including wheelchairs, alternative seating solutions and pressure relieving cushions, to promote independence and safety.
