Prepare to Lead. Inspire Your Club. Create Lasting Impact.This full-day learning experience is designed for Presidents-Elect and President-Nominees as you prepare for your upcoming Rotary year.
Facilitated by Past District Governors alongside the District Leadership Team for DGE Deb’s year, the day will equip you with the clarity, confidence, and tools needed to lead well from day one.
Throughout the day, you will:
• Gain a clear understanding of district goals and priorities
• Learn how to set meaningful, achievable goals for your club
• Explore what each club leadership role involves and how they work together
• Share ideas, challenges, and insights with fellow incoming leaders
• Strengthen your leadership approach so your club can thrive
Most importantly, this day is about helping you lead with purpose — so your club doesn’t just stay active, but creates lasting impact in your community and beyond.
