The Girls Empowerment Program is a fun, affordable and meaningful 2-day empowerment experience for girls aged 11–25 and their mums, aunts, or trusted female role models.
This program offers a safe and supportive space where girls can build confidence, explore identity, strengthen their voice, and develop positive self-esteem through movement, creativity, wellbeing practices, and shared experiences.
It is also a wonderful opportunity for women and girls to bond, laugh, learn, and spend quality time together.
COST
$20 per day per pair (girl + mum/aunt/friend)

DAY 1 – EMPOWERMENT & MOVEMENT
Wednesday 21 January 2026
Greek Orthodox Community Club, Lakemba
10:00am – 2:00pm
Day 1 focuses on confidence, wellbeing, and self-expression, and includes:
- 1 hour Pilates for strength, posture, and confidence
- 1 hour visual board & self-identity workshop, exploring self-image and girl voice
- Nutritional lunch provided by Chef Aris
- 1 hour “Glow From Within” session: skin care, self-care & confidence using gentle homeopathy and mindful movement, facilitated by Eleni’s Yoga & Movement Studio
DAY 2 – CREATIVITY, CULTURE & CONNECTION (Excursion)

8:00am – 5:00pm
Bus excursion to Gosford Regional Gallery & Edogawa Commemorative Japanese Garden
Bus departs at 8:00am from the Greek Orthodox Community Club, Lakemba and returns 5pm.
Day 2 is a relaxed and inspiring cultural experience including:
- Guided watercolour & mixed-media art workshop
- Visit to current gallery exhibitions
- Mindful walk through the Japanese Gardens
- Lunch at the café (at own cost)
- Return bus transport included
