About
DAPHNE LUXDaphne Lux is a dedicated pole dance instructor, choreographer, and co-founder of XO Pole Studio in Hong Kong. Since putting on her first pair of heels in 2015, she has been deeply involved in the pole dancing community, sharing her knowledge and passion through teaching, competing, and judging on an international level.
Most known for her sensual flow style, she has won many competitions such as Pole Theatre Classique (Switzerland 2018, Germany 2017, World 2017, Sydney 2016), Exotic Generation (Old School 3rd place Korea 2019, 2nd place Poland 2018 1st place Bali 2023) and judging and guest performing at Exotic Generation Korea 2022, Australia 2023.
LUXOTIC I
(OPEN LEVEL)
Introduction to dancing in Daphne’s heels style. Learn a routine focused on the basic elements of exotic pole - how to glide with your heels, balancing on the toe box of the shoe, smooth transitions and moving from the floor to the pole.
Emphasis is on making each simple movement beautiful and utilising all areas of the body during dance. Warmup includes exercises to improve dance technique on heels. Perfect for those who are already
experienced but want to improve their movement quality and musicality, or fresh to dancing in heels and need more guidance and understanding of heels concepts.
Suitable for all levels - bring kneepads and heels.
DIRRTY DANCING
( INT +)
Learn a sensual pole routine designed to help you connect with your sexy and naughty self. Daphne will create a space for you to feel free to explore and express your sensuality. The routine will be taught with the goal of performing for and appreciating each other at the very end. Emphasis will be on facial expressions, touching, and on how to captivate your audience to make them fall under your spell. Feel free to dress up for class!
Suitable for INT and above - bring kneepads and heels. Dress in whatever makes you feel sexy!
