About your presenters:
Liz Grant from What Your Customers Want is a specialist in human behaviour and has been using AI since Open AI first launched to the public. She uses it daily to save time and create opportunities, and has shown many business owners how to create shortcuts and revenue generating assets to take their business to the next level. Liz has worked in many industries in business growth, and has coached hundreds of small businesses in the region. She now uses her background and expertise in psychoanalysis, psychology and psychotherapy to support locals to be, do and have what they’ve always wanted.
Rod Brugman has a lifelong passion for adopting and adapting technology to improve efficiencies. Over 20 years ago, he co-founded eResources in Warrnambool, a company that provides tailored IT support for Legal, Medical and Accounting firms in addition to a range of other small businesses seeking solutions to current challenges such as cyber security. The technology-based B2B customer service company has now grown to the point where Rod’s role has become more strategic in the areas of business development, management and HR. This has allowed him time to provide advice on small business development and entrepreneurial technology management.
