This first circle of the year is an invitation to pause, arrive, and re-orient.Through gentle drumming, guided reflection, and ritual, we will explore what it means to step into the year ahead with greater clarity, courage, and joy. Drawing on the energy of the Water Horse — movement, flow, and forward momentum — this circle offers a grounded space to listen inwardly and reconnect with what supports you.
This is a space to reconnect with joy as a compass, and to remember that support does not always come from effort, but from alignment.
As always, we will begin with tea and light snacks, and after Circle, we will share a nourishing meal of dhal and rice.
