Join us on Sunday 1 February as we Walk and Talk along the Inner West’s NEW GreenWay…The full route of the GreenWay from Parramatta Road through Lewisham West and Dulwich Hill to the Cooks River is now open.
The GreenWay is a six-kilometre environmental, walking and cycling corridor linking the Cooks River at Earlwood with the Parramatta River at Iron Cove and the Bay Run.
It mostly follows the route of the Inner West light rail and Hawthorne Canal, and features shared paths and foreshore walks, cultural and historical sites, cafés, bushcare sites and a range of parks, playgrounds and sporting facilities. This is a moderate walk on hard surface.
Why not join together for dinner afterwards?
The venue we’re suggesting is Haberfield Rowers - Regatta Club, which is at the end of our walk.
We will need to book in advance for 4.30pm - so be sure to let us know :)
