ABOUT
The Netball Skills Academy is a dynamic program for players aged 10yrs incorporating essential movement skills (balance & landing from a jump, leap, hop and sprint) and core ball skills (catch plus chest, shoulder, bounce & lob pass). These skills are applied to fundamental attack principles (variety of leads, combining with others, ball progression downcourt) and defence strategies (1:1 marking, contesting & intercepting and recovery to 3ft).
Find Your Spark has coached hundreds of players, and this Netball Academy is designed to support young players who love their netball, are motivated to improve, and have the desire to progress along the netball pathway. Sessions are led by an expert coach and focus on high repetition with immediate feedback to build player confidence and establish the fundamental skills required to become a highly competitive netballer.
