Budd and Vague Rituals! These two purveyors of the sonic realm join forces for a night of flat-out fuzz and wah riffage!!!Don’t miss this evening of wild sonic-sensory exploration with heavy guitar-and-rhythm-driven riff-tastic magic.
Legendary grunge riffateers Budd (Jez with Cris and Kez) return to the stage in 2026, following the single 'Banger'; (their first new music in 16 years), and the 30th anniversary reissue of ‘Ovit’ available on 12” vinyl for the first time – on basic black, or limited-edition silver, teal-green, or recycled metallic silver coloured vinyl, available instore (via Cheersquad Records & Tapes).
Be ready for a visceral, thunderous wall of guitars, with blistering distortion, effects pedals for days, and a rhythm section that never lets up. Electrically-charged superfuzz that melts your speaker cones and you brain.
Budd’s special guests on the night are killer local band, Vague Rituals, channelling 90s US alternative/indie guitar rock with passion and smarts. Vague Rituals have also just released their debut self-titled EP.
