Friday 13 March — Flutterbucks Pizza NightA weekend of folk music begins with an evening of great tunes, warm community and wood-fired pizza at Flutterbucks.
Canadian trio Inn Echo bring their rich blend of Celtic-inspired fiddle, guitar and cello and stories worth hearing — “pull up a chair, but keep your dancing shoes on.” Their music is both heartfelt and engaging, perfect for a relaxed yet spirited evening.
Joining them for a pop-up performance by The Heart Collectors, an acclaimed Australian four-piece “epic folk” band from the Byron Bay hinterland. Known for tight vocal harmonies, intricate musicianship and evocative arrangements that span acoustic ballads to expansive folk soundscapes, The Heart Collectors have performed internationally at festivals and music conferences and were finalists for Best Album at the International Folk Music Awards.
