This will be a 2-hour experience where your child will be free to express and feel into their bodies practice tuning into the heart centre finding a word that describes how they feel in the present moment, creating a dot art rock piece with this word as the focal point.
Clearing the chakras and auric field with a selenite crystal which they take home and continue the rainbow meditation with you.
Play with Sound instruments so they feel safe with Sound then relax being guided on a beautiful rainbow chakra journey into the crystal cave; while receiving a sound healing.
