Join me for an energising, soul-nourishing morning at South Beach, with a Pilates Flow designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and connected 🌞 followed by the option for an ocean dip and coffee chats at @thirdwheelsouthfreo ☕️There’ll be post-workout protein balls to enjoy after class, thanks to the team at Macro Mike 🤍
Expect intentional movement, meaningful connection, and space to reset - physically and mentally.
Bring a friend for free-
If you’ve got a friend who’s never been to a WWC class before, you’re welcome to bring them along for free 💛
Just send me a DM or email with their name to let me know.
What to bring:
-Yoga/Pilates mat
-Water bottle
-Bathers (if you’d like to join the post-class dip 🌊)
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and to get settled.
Location-
We’ll be located north of South Beach Café, closer to Neighbourhood Sauna - look out for the pink sign.
First-timers-
If this is your first WWC class, please complete the Waiver Form via the link in our Instagram bio prior to attending.
**Club update**
Over the break, I’ve taken some time to reflect on how I can best support the club and continue creating classes/events that feel meaningful, intentional, and truly aligned with what TWWC stands for while making it sustainable for myself all year round. Moving forward, Boxing and Pilates will now run every other Sunday. With this change, the investment per class will now be $20.
