Moving with Grief February 2026

Moving with Grief supports community members who are experiencing loss and grief with free monthly yoga, gentle movement, meditation, sound healing and guided relaxation sessions.Join us for the next gathering in the Moving with Grief series with Kassie from Branches of Yoga and Denis from Random Acts of Yoga and Michelle. We will create a safe and supportive space together, where we can connect to ourselves and share with others.
Kassie will share a slow gentle yoga class, offering a supportive space for those navigating grief, loss, or the effects of trauma. With an emphasis on safety, choice, and nervous-system regulation, the practice will include simple movements, breath awareness, and restorative rest. Participants will be encouraged to move at their own pace. All postures will be offered with supported floor options or chair based modifications. No prior yoga experience is needed. This class is designed to support grounding, self-compassion, and a sense of ease. You are welcome exactly as you are.
A shared afternoon tea following will give participants the opportunity to connect to others in a relaxed and beautiful environment.
