Please arrive 15 minutes early, to get settled, so we can start right on time. 
(NSW time). There will be an optional sharing circle after the journey. Please be on time to respect the sacred container we will be co creating 🙏🏽

WHO'S IT FOR:

Anyone interested in personal growth, healing, spiritual discovery, detoxification, wellness and creating deep inner peace.

WHAT TO BRING:

Wear warm, comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Socks are a great idea too as your body temperature will fluctuate.

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle & eye mask (not essential). You will create a cosy, comfy space that allows you to drop into a deep meditative state without the distraction of being cold.
