A sweet morning ritual to soften, expand, come home, embody, drink in the drops of silence, sing our heart and listen to the majestic and serene forest.Lulu & Mischka welcome you to their forest abode in Byrrill Creek, their home.
We open with just a short 15min sequence of gentle Qi Gong led by Mischka before we sit silent tea meditation with high vibe organic amazing traditional tea facilitated by Lulu, followed by an hour of exquisite songs to sing together is an absolute gem, an incredible way to come home to yourself.
We finish with some moments to share some words with each other and after that the possibility have a shared light byo brunch together.
No experience needed.
Teas are organic and traditional amazing high vibe teas (yes, caffeinated)

Feel free to leave at 11am or stay for another 30min of shared food, pot luck style
