About the ProgramBuilding on the success of last year’s program, this 6-week yoga program will return in Term 1 for PBC’s Sports Excellence students, supporting their performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
Each session focuses on mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, breathing techniques and relaxation to enhance movement quality, improve recovery, and help prevent injury.
Led by Isla O’Hara from Twyst Yoga, the sessions are accessible, engaging and tailored for young athletes, helping students develop physical resilience, mobility and mental focus.
No prior yoga experience is required — just a willingness to show up and give it a go.
