Brisbane North PHN is pleased to invite all primary care professionals to join us for a dinner event to learn about key palliative care supports and services, expand your network, and build confidence—especially if palliative care isn’t part of your daily work.The primary care workforce is vital to at-home palliative care. With over 38 funded projects and ongoing system pressures, keeping up with available supports and services is difficult.
The Palliative Care Evening provides busy primary care professionals with essential information and connections to deliver quality palliative care.
This one-night event features presentations over a seated three course meal, an exhibition of key available services and supports, and dedicated networking time.
No cost to attend
Registration is essential and closes 19 April.
Registration is free for all primary care professionals living and/or working in the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay region.
