Port of Townsville 2026 Community Fund Information Sessions
About
The Port of Townsville’s 2026 Community Fund is open for eligible community groups, not for profits, schools and other eligible groups.Since 2021, we have backed more than 60 projects through our Community Fund including a mix of sports, arts, environmental and social projects.
This year’s Community Fund has $50,000 available and applicants are invited to apply for sponsorship among from $200 up to $10,000.
The fund is open now until Monday 3 March, 2026.

Online information sessions
If you have any questions, you are welcome to attend one of our virtual online Community Fund information sessions on Monday 9 February 2026.
One session will be held from 9am-9.30am and the second session from 4pm-4.30pm.
The sessions are free to attend, but registrations are required. Please register for one session only.
Registrations will close at 7am Monday 9 February.
A Microsoft Teams link to join the online information session at the designated time will be included upon confirmation of your booking.
A reminder email with the online meeting details will be emailed to you on Monday 9 February before the online event begins.
