We’ll explore:
The volume and speed of change in today’s workplace
The brain science behind why people “resist” change
Simple techniques to regulate your response to change
Your role and responsibilities during organisational change
Whether you're navigating a new system, process, or team structure, this course will give you the tools to adapt and thrive.
Ask your manager to attend this 2-hour session. Should enrolment in any session be too low, the session will be cancelled and you will be notified by email.
