About
This training is designed for people who have staff reporting to them. Content and assignments are specifically developed to upskill people leaders in understanding their role in change management and how to support staff.The sessions are a full day and will be held at Ballarat and Horsham campuses (see locations below). The training is an in-person event. Coffee, tea and biscuits will be provided. Please provide your own lunch or plan to get lunch close by. Seats are limited so book now.
Sessions are scheduled for every month between March and November. Should enrolment be too low for any session the session will be cancelled and you will be notified by email.
