Shakti Fest!: A Mini Festival of Connection and Joy!Join us for Shakti Fest, a unique mini-festival blending conscious movement, connection, creative expression, and playfulness. Happening in the heart of Brunswick at Summer Healing Yoga from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. this event is a chance to immerse yourself in a vibrant, uplifting experience.
Facilitated by Cadia, Mickey, and featured guest Bella, the evening features:
• Rhythm Flow Yoga with Cadia – A grounding rhythm earth connection and movement practice that weaves together earth connection, yoga, and the freedom of dance, set to live DJing by Mickey.
•Traditional Pranayama Breath-work session with Mickey
• Cacao Celebration – A heart-opening ritual to elevate your energy and intention.
• Ecstatic Dance with Mickey – Move freely, express yourself fully, and lose yourself in the rhythm.
• Yin Yoga Relaxation & Sound Bath With Bella
• Light Lunch Provided – Nourishment to complete the experience.
