This session involves a deeper look at the key conversations that People Leaders will be supporting at the start of the year, and how to best support your team members to transition to MyProgress@UWA in 2026.Performance Review for 2025: How to have a great conversation about performance, recognise achievement, and feedback techniques.
Goal setting for 2026: How to have a great conversation about goal setting, understanding performance and development goals, and setting your team up for success.
Please note – this is NOT a training session on the new MyProgress@UWA platform. System training will be made available separately, once this is live in early February 2026.
Sessions will be delivered February - March 2026, November 2026, and February - March 2027.
