***Groups U10/11 Boys, U12/13 Boys, U14/15 Boys, U16/18 Boys, U12/14 Girls, U16/18 Girls***
🤔 How?
Limited to approx. 20 athlete’s in each age group
1 x Athletic testing session with report to identify strengths/rfi’s (used by Talent League)
3 x Speed/Athletic development sessions to get you faster/more agile
3 x AFL development sessions including skills, footy iq, match simulation & tackling
📅 When?
Boys 31/1, 14/2, 28/2, 21/3 Girls 7/2, 21/2, 14/3, 28/3
Time: Boys 8am-10am (U10-13) 10am-12pm (U14-18) / Girls 10am-12pm
Location: St. John's College - Dandenong
Cost: $105/2 hours
