UNFORGETTABLE is a sophisticated, one-man tribute to the great crooners — Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin and Sammy Davis Jr. This elegant production celebrates the timeless art of the saloon singer, evoking the sound, style and charisma that defined a golden era of live performance.

Set within the intimate surrounds of the Junee Athenium, guests are invited to enjoy a seated two-course dining experience served throughout the performance via alternate drop. Thoughtfully timed service allows you to dine comfortably while remaining immersed in the music, creating a seamless fusion of fine entertainment and relaxed elegance.

The evening stars internationally recognised performer Tim Maddren, best known as a former member of Hi-5, where the group received multiple TV Week Logie and ARIA nominations. Since then, Tim has established himself as one of Australia’s most respected musical theatre performers, with leading roles in The Rocky Horror Show, Bonnie Lythgoe’s Cinderella, The Addams Family Musical and Dream Lover – The Bobby Darin Musical. In 2025, he also directed and starred in BANJO at the Junee Athenium. He is joined on stage by acclaimed accompanist and Australian Ballet veteran Brian Cousins.
