CAKECON is a joyful, community-driven cake picnic celebrating all things cake. Held at the beautiful Waterview Venue in Bicentennial Park, Sydney Olympic Park, this unique event brings together home bakers, cake lovers, and dessert enthusiasts.
Following the success of two sold-out events in 2025 at Centennial Homestead in Centennial Park, Sydney and Studley Grounds in Kew, Melbourne, CAKECON returns bigger and better in 2026. Our events are known for being thoughtfully organised, hosted in comfortable, air-conditioned venues, and loved by all who attend.
Participants are invited to bring a cake to share, have it judged by a celebrity chef, and enjoy a relaxed picnic-style experience surrounded by stunning cakes, great company, and a fun, garden-inspired atmosphere.
CAKECON is about creativity, community, and the simple joy of cake whether you bake every weekend or just love eating it.
