Wet Felting Workshop
About
Join us fora gentle, hands-on wet felting workshop where you’ll have the opportunity to create either a felted play mat or a wall-hanging art pieceusing natural wool fibres. Drawing from Steiner-inspired craft traditions, this workshop invites you into the slow, tactile making process that is both meditative and deeply satisfying. All materials will be provided.
This is a labour-intensive process that involves rolling, pressing and working close to the floor, so those with sensitive knees, backs or wrists may wish to consider their comfort in participating. While the weather may be warm, the felting process can feel surprisingly cool, so we recommend dressing in layers and being prepared for all conditions.
Please bring your own lunch.
