On February 15th, step into a heart-centred offering as we work with the heart chakra, Anahata.This offering is for all - those who are looking for self-love and care, an experience to share with a family member or friend, couples.
Valentines Day is a good reminder to step into our hearts. It's not just about celebrating relationships but it's a good reminder to celebrate the love we have for ourselves and others. Love and kindness in the world starts with the love and kindness we offer ourselves and it ripples out from there.
In this workshop, we will begin with a metta meditation - a meditation that offers love, kindness and compassion to ourselves and others.
From there, we will begin a heart-opening 75-minute yoga practice accompanied by sound to open up our heart space, shoulders, lungs and upper body.
Finally, relax in a lengthy savasana to a heart-centred sound bath to bring yourself back to a state of harmony.
When we share heart-led practices as a group, the effects are so powerful and that love ripples out beyond us and expands into the world around us. And the world needs more of that right now.
