CINI Information Evening, Meet CINI's (India) CEO
About
Come along on Wednesday 25th February to meet Dr Indrani Bhattacharyya, the CEO of Child in Need Institute, India (CINI). This is a wonderful opportunity to hear directly about CINI's work and how it achieves its remarkable impact with very disadvantaged families in India. We are thrilled to introduce Indrani, CINI CEO and founder of CINI's Adolescent Resource Center. CINI's groundbreaking work with at-risk adolescents empowers them to have a voice in their own futures, in their communities and on the world stage at the UN.
Indrani will present CINI's Drowning Research and Prevention Program, a collaboration with The George Institute (Aus), "...linking grassroots innovation with policy advocacy... showcasing how compassion, creativity, and community empowerment can transform hidden tragedies into a movement for child survival."
The evening will interest CINI Australia’s supporters and those interested in learning about a widely recognised organisation with 52 years’ experience dedicated to the empowerment of women and ensuring that every child achieves “the Rights of The Child” in their life.
"It's a great opportunity to learn from bottom-up community development work that is unapologetically child-rights based, integrates health, nutrition and education, and uses innovative community empowerment approaches - and does so on a massive scale."
We look forward to seeing you there.
