Conversations about Suicide: Mental Health First Aid 

This 4-hour Mental Health First Aid Conversations about Suicide course is for any interested adult GVAMHWS staff and GV health staff.
You will learn the skills and acquire the knowledge required to safely have a conversation with a person who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviours.
This course is based on guidelines developed through expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.
Who should attend:
- Mandatory for LLEW and novice staff (e.g. graduate allied health students)
- Recommended for non-clinical staff, including administration and other non-mental health clinical staff at GV Health.
