Please join me for a relaxing and nurturing workshop. We will begin with relaxation and then will be using creative activities to express ourselves .Great opportunity to pause at the start of the year, relax and reflect on what matters most to you. Step away from the stresses of daily life and enjoy time to create, express, and connect meaningfully with other women in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
Art skills are Not required to participate . Anyone can benefit. It isn’t an art class - the focus is on the process and not the end product.
There is no right or wrong way to express yourself.
Being involved in a creative and expressive activity is beneficial for the mental, emotional and physical health.
About Me- My name is Iris and I am a qualified Art Therapist (Adv.Dip.Trans.A.Th.) and a member of ANZACATA (the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association).
