The Way Of Living Meditation Journey, is a guided journey designed to bring you into a deep relaxation state - moving you away from the constant fight-or-flight mode of your daily life and into a space where you are held to heal.Our body and mind naturally protect us by storing unresolved emotions beneath the surface. Through gentle guidance, the meditation invites you to bring awareness to a hidden emotion that may be limiting your growth — freeing yourself from old patterns and behaviors that hold you back.
With self-compassion, movement, visualization, breath, and sound, you’ll be guided to transform what arises — reconnecting and freeing the energy held from past trauma.
The Way Of Living Meditation Journey blends ancient practices with neuroscience and quantum physics, creating space for self-observation, healing, and transformation of old stories.
Who can participate?
Everyone is welcome - whether you are an experience meditator or have never meditate before.
This event is non-refundable and non-transferable.
