The Society is pleased to welcome back Petris Lapis to Hobart to deliver this practical approach about how and why we are all different. Petris will share tools and strategies to work with each other in productive ways that make working with others more effective and comfortable for everyone.

Petris will share tools and strategies for working with others - colleagues, clients and people in general - in productive ways that help to make professional, personal and general interactions more amenable for everyone involved.
Practical Tips For Working With Different Personality Styles (Including The Challenging Ones)
One of the most interesting and challenging parts of working in our profession is people. Come and explore the different styles people tend to have at work. Learn how these styles impact the way we communicate, work in teams and manage time. Discover which style you may be and learn practical steps for working with people who are different from you. We will also explore some of the more difficult personality types in this engaging and interactive workshop.

Presenter Bio
Petris Lapis (B.Com. LLB. LLM. FIPA. FFA), trainer and coach (Qld) worked as a tax professional, law lecturer, CFO, senior trainer, consultant, external author and director. She has qualifications in business, law, coaching, performance consulting and hypnosis and is trained in mindfulness. Petris has contributed to committees and boards for professional and sporting bodies. She has consulted to industry, government and the non-profit sector. Petris has also published several books and hundreds of papers. Her programs have featured in magazines, journals and online publications. Petris has received numerous presenter of the conference awards at both National and State conferences. She lives life with humour and leaves audiences feeling empowered to make easy practical changes for growth. Audiences love her light-hearted, warm and engaging approach to even the toughest topics.

Venue Access: Please note that as the Society's building at 28 Murray Street, Hobart was built in 1876 there is no lift or disability access to the downstairs training area. The Society's building at 56 Charles Street, Launceston was built in 1860 and there is no lift or disability access to the upstairs rooms.
