Maximising Hypertrophy is an evidence-based professional development workshop for coaches seeking to refine hypertrophy programming decisions. The session reviews current research on training to failure, volume load, intensity, rest intervals, repetition ranges, and frequency, and translates these findings into practical programming guidelines. Coaches will leave with a clearer framework for designing efficient, hypertrophy-focused programs that balance stimulus, fatigue, and long-term progression across different client profiles.Within this workshop you will learn:
- Whether or not you should train to failure
- Ideal Training Volume
- Programming variables & considerations: Sets, Reps, RPE, Rest Periods
- Weekly Programming structure
Better yet, it will not all be based in the classroom, there will be time and space to put this learning into practice in our gym!!
