Patrick O’Brien (81)
Patrick O’Brien commenced his career as a lawyer with Minter Ellison before completing an MBA and joining McKinsey & Company. He subsequently spent 13 years at Macquarie in Melbourne (M&A) and London (private equity), and over the past 15 years has held senior corporate advisory, Chair and Non-Executive Director roles, primarily with technology-driven growth companies and not-for-profit organisations.
David Galtieri (88)
David Galtieri is the Founder of DepthNode.ai and is an ICT professional with more than 30 years’ experience spanning software development, industrial control systems, financial services, artificial intelligence, and infrastructure delivery. He has led major projects for organisations such as Shell, BP, Macquarie Bank, Boral, Incitec Pivot, and one of Australia’s largest NDIS and Aged Care providers.
David has held senior executive roles in the financial services sector and was part of the executive team that developed Bourse Data, a share market analysis platform that went public in 1999. He later helped buy the business back from Westpac/St George Bank following the dot-com crash.
Passionate about both investing and technology, David began researching AI in the early 1990s before launching DepthNode in 2024. His company helps small, medium, and large-sized businesses adopt conversational AI, because he believes the future of business will increasingly begin with a written or spoken prompt.
