Nourishing Movement
This series of 1-hour live webinars will cover the basics of fuelling for performance, how nutrition links to specific health conditions and what teachers can do to create a nurturing and nourishing studio culture. Participants will leave with simple, actionable strategies to help their students thrive and perform at their best.
