Please bring your own mat and settle in under the umbrellas for a refreshing and grounding session.
Following the class, be inspired by special guest speaker Kristy from Adelady, who will share her journey through marathon running, goal setting, and how she balances big ambitions with life as a busy mum and career woman.
Afterwards, unwind and connect with a glass of Ambleside’s Green Gin, along with light refreshments and brunch platters to enjoy on the lawns as you soak up the relaxed atmosphere.
