This is a two-hour group healing held through the Inherited Release Method, focused on ancestral trauma, inherited emotional patterns, and womb-based clearing.
So much of what we carry did not begin with us.
Grief. Fear. Survival responses. Emotional weight.
The body remembers what the mind never had language for.
In this group space, we work with the ancestral field and the body’s intelligence to release what has been held through generations.
The womb clearing element is inclusive and open to all genders. You do not need a physical womb to hold womb or mother-line imprinting.

• Active psychosis, mania, delusions, or seizures
• Significant or unstable medical treatment
• Anyone under 18

Contraindications
This session may not be suitable if you are currently experiencing:
Active psychosis or severe psychiatric instability (within last 6-12 months)
Recent major surgery or acute medical conditions - (no medical clearance for physical activity from doctor)
Uncontrolled epilepsy or seizures
Pregnancy
Beta Blockers - SSRI's or MAOI's
On any illicit substances, alcohol within the last 48 hours.
Any condition where intense emotional or nervous system activation is not advised
If you have any medical or psychological concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.
You are responsible for monitoring your own wellbeing during the session. You may step out or stop participation at any time.
You confirm that you are of sound mind and health for this group session.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.
